My ultimate goal to continue on from this course is the act of self-reflection. I believe this practice has bettered my ability to look within myself and establish my views on topics and issues within our society. It has allowed me to realize my own personal viewpoints and to ensure that I am addressing every side of the issue before coming to neutrality. I want to thank my colleagues within this course for helping me stay accountable and for encouraging open communication on topics that many try to ignore or stray away from. It is my hope that we all continue on this path of self-reflection as we all want a future that is safe and anti-bias for our children and scholars.

Goals for the Future and a Thanks for the Present
My ultimate goal to continue on from this course is the act of self-reflection. ReplyDeleteSelf-reflection is needed in the early childhood education field for all professionals. It is necessary to understand yourself so that one can work successfully with diverse others. I plan to continue self-reflection also. I wish you the best and I hope to see you in my last two classes.

ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed working with you this semester. I agree with you that self-reflection is so important. That is something I hope to get better at and do more frequently. This course has really helped me to learn so much about myself and some of the things that may be holding me back from being as effective as possible. Self-reflection helps us to be honest with ourselves, and it produces change if we desire to change. I wish you the best in all of your future endeavors.
